This is a soft and lovely linen fabric. I washed it right away and it looks great. I like the slightly wrinkled and very natural look of washed linen. It drapes beautifully for curtains. The only problem is that it is quite yellow (or cream). Not exactly the color I wanted, but I will be ordering more in a different color.

I seem to be a fabric hoarder, and purchased 16 yards of beautiful Pristine for queen sized sheets and pillow cases. I am considering making two "top" sheets, which can be tucked into the mattress easily if made generously. In fact, a nurse told me the old-time way to use top sheets as fitted ones was to use a hairband or rubber band when making the bed and tuck the sheets up between the mattress and the box springs. I'm not positive I'd rather do that than make a fitted sheet, nor am I positive I want a top sheet at all, but rather a bed coverlet, which is sometimes called a summer spread. So, I am torn.... and now have all of this beautiful fabric calling to me daily. Anyway, I LOVE the linens here and have purchased some Tawny Port for the Morocco pants and an unknown as-yet top.

Hi made very simple unlined linen curtains to surround the large glass slider and windows facing my terrace. It took 12 yards and at $9.55 a yard...still much cheaper than the same curtains I found at Pottery Barn or Restoration Hardware. Fabric is incredibly easy to work with...and the Pristine color (which is really a light Ivory) shows warmer or lighter...depending upon the light...and matches my camelback sofa perfectly. I am one satisfied customer!

I used this to make curtains for the cottage bedrooms. The cottage is done in sea glass colours so I was trying for an airy and clean look. The colour surprised me because when the light shines through them, they take on a very faint pale yellow tint. I love them and so does everyone who sees them!
