In 1998, Nikolai Karpushin founded this business as a way to sell affordable fabric online in the United States and introduce people to a natural, timeless textile: 100% linen fabric.
Today, Fabrics-store.com has grown to have one of the largest inventories of European and US linen fabric online. We provide access to the finest linen fabrics at up to half the cost of our competitors because we work directly with our mills. That means no hidden fees and more fabric for you.

Fabrics-store.com is a division of Create Work Media Inc., an e-commerce startup incubator that focuses on textile e-commerce companies.

We would like to extend the best terms and conditions to our customers. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) within 30 days from receipt of goods. An RGA may be obtained by calling Customer Service Department at 1-866-620-2008 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST.
Fabrics-store.com makes no representations or warranties, whether express or implied, as to the suitability and merchamtibility of offered merchandise. Due to the nature of linen goods, slubs, picks and chaff are inherent in the fabric. These are not considered defects.

How do we protect your information?

However, keep in mind that removing your data is permanent and will result in the cancelation of any current-active services without refund such as Reward Points, loyalty discounts or other benefits accrued during your account's history.

Fabric: Please return the fabric in its original condition (unwashed, uncut and unaltered).
Fabric Samples: we do not accept returns of samples at this time.
Printed Pattern: may be returned in any condition. Please specify reason for return when speaking with Customer Service about your return.
Please include your contact information with the returned merchandise. An email associated with your account or original order number of the return will suffice - we just need a way to reach out to you once we've received the return to know who to refund and for what.
Ship your package using a trackable shipping method and packaged so that damages are not incurred during transit. Please keep the tracking details for your records. We do not refund shipping costs on returns. Fabrics-store.com doesn't accept responsibility for packages we do not ship that are lost in transit and reserves the right to deduct monies owed for damages on returned fabric.
You will receive an email notifying you once we've received the return. Once the warehouse verifies the returned goods - we will issue your refund to the original form of payment.
Please also note that the items must also fall within our 30 day time frame in order to receive a refund to your original payment method. All returns that are over 30 days must receive special approval and will be issued a store credit only.
International customers: customs duties are not refundable through Fabrics-store.com. You may be able to get reimbursed for these by contacting your local customs bureau.
If a product is delivered to a customer, that is physically damaged, Fabrics-store.com will issue a replacement copy of the product. Please email Fabrics-store.com customer service at [ask] [@] [fabrics-store.com] within 5 business days of receiving the product to tell us about the nature of the damage and to arrange for a new product to be sent to you at Fabrics-store.com's expense.
The warehouse processes your return within 3 business days and notifies accounting to make a refund. Credit card companies can take 3-5 business days to reflect the refund transaction on their statement. If you do not see the refund after this time, please contact us.
We do our best to offer the most convenient for you return/exchange policy. We do monitor the number of returns and reasons for the returns. If continued returns are in breach with our policy, an account may be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your FS account. If this applies to your account, we may contact you.
