Hello, this will depend on the fabric you have chosen to use. If you have chosen our suggested fabric 4C22 Softened, then the length of the fabric will shrink approximately 7%.

Love! Finishing Tassel Ends Question

I love my new towels! Just wondering how I should finish off the hemmed sides of the tassel ends. They are too thick & clunky to just leave them hanging there. Don't think I should cut them off. Thinking of not hemming all the way to the ends next time & just pulling threads/fringing alll the way across?

Inaccurate directions

I had to modify the layout to make it work for a three-yard piece of fabric- not too much of a deal. However, Cutting the washcloths on the bias means you cannot fringe the edges. I ended up just hemming them. And FYI- it takes a very long time to pull the threads off to form the fringe, fortunately I was happy to sit on the rug in front of the t.v. and watch Soprano reruns, drink wine and pull threads.
