Customer Questions and Answers
Hello! I generally run large and enjoy a looser fit. So far, I have made the Chelsea Tee in size large with a finished bust measurement of about 41.5". I am trying to decide what size to cut out for this flowy Drew linen tunic dress, but 59" corresponding to the large bust size seems almost more than loose! The dress looks like it fits the model perfectly. What would you recommend? I was considering shortening the length and drafting this into a flowy blouse and maybe adding a Peter Pan collar.
To find your best size you could measure a similar item of clothing and compare that to the finished garment measurements and pattern :)
Hello! Could you please tell me also for this pattern if the model is wearing size 4-6 without any alteration? Thank you very much :)
Hi! This one is also made in size 6 US without alteration, but it is intended to be a slightly loose fit. Here is the sewing tutrial link : blog.fabrics-store.com/2015/10/04/linen-tunic-dress-tutorial/ Hope this helps :)
The link in the pattern to the sewing instructions doesn´t work

Patterns will not download. rnFS Adobe Reader link says my current Reader is the latest version.
I made this from white linen and it was lovely but large. I had to put several small pleats in the shoulders to keep it from hanging off. I would make it again but I would reduce the width of the bodice. It is comfortable and simply elegant. Thank you for providing this pattern. I live in China and have no access to patterns unless I'm in the U.S. visiting. If I couldn't get your online patterns, I'd have virtually nothing to sew! (I just ordered your purple linen which I'll pick up at a relative's house when I visit the U.S. this summer. Can't wait to make slacks from it.)
Merci pour tous vos patrons, ils sont superbes !
