Customer Questions and Answers
Can i have this pattern at a0 size? Wassana
This pattern isn't available in A0 size.
There was an a skirt option? I haven't make this one yet but I really like the top! How can I get that version? I would love to make a dress too! *insert heart emoji*
Hello, There is only the jumpsuit option for this pattern. The skirt was simply a document error. Our apologies for the confusion there.
Bonjour, puis-je avoir les instructions de couture du modèle Cloe s'il vous plaît? Je ne les trouve pas dans le blog. Aussi, pourriez-vous me donner l'équivalent des tailles en EU? Merci beaucoup.
Hello, The Cloe pattern is one of our earlier patterns which doesn't have a tutorial on the blog, instead, the sewing instructions are located in the downloadable booklet. To find your size, please compare your body measurements to the size chart rather than converting EU to US sizes as they are not standardized.
I'm a recently retired corporate exec with extremely little sewing experience. I found this pattern easy to use and the instructions were easy to follow. If there is any technique I'm not familiar with, I just Google it. Highly recommended for beginners. Love it.
I made this jumpsuit last year for my my mom to wear to my brother's wedding. It looked FANTASTIC on her (I wish I had the ability to share photos on here to show what it looked like), and overall it was a very easy and straightforward pattern. Seriously I can't stress enough how good this looked and how not-frustrating (how I like to measure my satisfaction with patterns) this pattern was! For advanced and intermediate sewists: this pattern would be a fun and not difficult project! For beginners: I would estimate this pattern could work for a intermediate-beginner — the patterns is pretty straightforward, but you'll need to be able to do do a gather, attach sleeves, do understitching, and sew in an invisible zipper (if you're a beginner who feels confident but is unsure about these steps, I can say as someone who taught sewing for several years, these steps can sound intimidating to a beginner, but they can be learned pretty early on). Overall I think this pattern would be great experience to any lower-level sewists who want to learn some more intermediate techniques!
Hi, I am really looking forward to making this pattern (I have the perfect pale pink linen for it). But the tutorial and instructions are no longer on The Thread Blog. Is there a way for me to get the instructions?
Hi! This particular pattern doesn't have a corresponding sewing tutorial. There are sewing instructions inside the PDF that you are downloading on page 7. We do have another Jumpsuit pattern that does have a sewing tutorial here : blog.fabrics-store.com/2019/11/28/sloan-fitted-jumpsuit-tutorial/ And you can always email us if you are stuck on a sewing step and we will do our best to walk you through it. Have a great weekend.
This pattern is so pretty! I only used it to make a top, so I extended it a little so it would reach my hips. My shirt now fits perfectly! It was my first 'big' sewing project and the instructions were detailed and easy to follow. Thank you!
Really enjoyed this make however the version I downloaded on 5th March 2019 still has instructions for skirt, so had to work out the trousers!
Hi! Thank you so much for the heads up - the wording is wrong in the sewing instructions - the attached pattern is correct. We are editing the wording to be for pants instead of the skirt and will upload the correction soon :)
