I love the beauty and quality of the tea towel sets. It's a meditative change to do repetitive simple sewing with great results. Haven't washed/ used them yet. FYI the fabric softener I purchased leaked into to plastic bag but didn't get on the fabric. Maybe ship in an air filled bag?

Gorgeous
I will be giving these towels to my son and his wife who are excellent cooks and wine connoisseurs. I know they will love them. They are absolutely gorgeous, useful and unique. Sort of hard to give away, though, which is a sign of a good gift.
I gave the Merlot tea towel as a gift and received this photo back. Beautiful!
These are a more textured fabric than most of the tea towel kits, which I like better. I did wash another set before sewing and they unraveled up to an inch and the sides stretched out making the seams wavy, so now I sew first. I used a strip of twill tape caught in the hems across a corner for hanging. This may be my favorite design. The colors and design are beautiful.
