Where is the fabric from?

Do these need to be preshrunk?

Is the Tea towel fabric featured for the kit, available in yardage?

No sorry they are sold only as shown.
I loved all my other Tea Towels that I bought from you but this one has a weird fabric. How come this is a different fabric in the first place? They are all lovely, really, but this one feels different to me. Thank you so much for all the other truly great fabrics over the years! Happy Holidays...Christiane Schwarcz

Hello Christiane, This fabric is 100% cotton and is a crepe weave which gives it a lovely texture. Be sure to check the fabric specifications on each fabrics page to check the type of fabric, either plain weave or crepe for these Tea Towel sewing Kits. I just made a set of these (and many others of these designs) for our biennial quilt show sale table. I anticipate they will be wildly popular! They're absolutely beautiful!!!
I love these! Hemming them reminded me of my childhood experiences using a Singer 15-90 and learning to hem bleached feed sacks for dish towels. These are so much more fun as well as prettier and have a lovely absorbent texture after their first time through the washer and dryer.
