English Romanticist JMW Turner was entranced by the sky, capturing sunlight diffused through clouds with pale, golden shades like that of LEMONADE Linen.
These glowing colors were the lifeblood of his art, investing into them the sublime, overwhelming wonder of the natural world, which entirely eclipsed any signs of life below it. As his career progressed, his art became ever more abstract and experimental, abandoning real world references and allowing this incredible golden light to take center stage.

At a lighter weight of 3.5 ounces this 100% linen is woven with finer threads to give it a smoother appearance. Referred to as lightweight or handkerchief linen, this fine, but surprisingly sturdy linen brings new meaning to the term "sheer elegance".

This Fabric Is Not A Yellow
Reviewer: BA

From the name, I would expect the color of this fabric to be a soft yellow. It is not but rather a drab cream with a very slight hint of green. The perfect neutral, with a delightful texture, for a brightly colored embroidery project.

A beautiful fresh white
Reviewer: Sarah

This is a shade that will do everything optic white will do in my wardrobe, but is a little softer. The texture of the IL20 continues to delight me. It will need something under it for coverage, but the drape and comfort level is unparalleled.

Lemon Ice
Reviewer: Judith

Lovely texture to the touch! The lightest hint of yellow. I can't imagine anything better for a simple shell. Handkerchief linen is translucent, I would probably recommend a camisole or perhaps, a shell and camisole of lemonade beneath! J
