A bright burst of color that some customers say reminds them of radiant orchid. This is a vibrant fuschia with purple and pink undertones that although bold on its own, pairs well with a variety of colors,including other vibrant and bold shades.
At a medium weight of 5.3 ounces this 58 inch wide 100% linen is versatile enough to be referred to as an All Purpose or Do it All linen. With its smooth look and tighter weave, this linen is neither sheer or heavy, but just the right in-between weight you will need for a variety of projects.
The cloth is Softened so we have added a softener to give it a silkier hand. The fabric has not been laundered so shrinkage will still have to be taken into consideration (shrinkage depends on fabric weave and laundering method).

This fabric was so nice and soft. The color was a vibrant berry. I love it.
Lovely to work with, as always! Definitely more pink than purple, I paired it with Wisteria for a costume for the Guelph Pirate Festival. Very happy with the brightness and easy wearing nature of this linen, always a good buy!
I love this fabric. I was expecting it to be more purple but this is also one of my favorite colors as well. I've done a dress and pillow cases so far. Next are bed sheets. Maybe a bed skirt after that.
This fabric sews like a dream, has a vivid intense deep fuschia pink color to it. I love the color, pre-washed it in warm to get the excess dye and shrinkage behind me, have washed it twice already now and see no evidence that it is going to fade on me!
This fabric is a shockingly bright pink, almost a watermelon pink. Not really what modern eyes consider purple _at_all_.

Here's IL019 Purple Wine Softened new vs laundered. I washed in warm water then dried in a hot dryer until completely dry 3 X. Not much color difference. I didn't measure so I don't know shrinkage. I did notice that the dryer sheet had quite a bit of color in it so you'll want to be sure to pre-wash separately.

I love intense colors and this one does not disappoint! It is an intense fuschia pink, and sews up like a dream!

FABRIC CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Please note that some of our darker or more vibrant shades will have some residual dye run off or bleeding. It is important that you launder or treat like colors with like colors so that you do not compromise the integrity of any other colors, fabrics or garments during the launder process.
We also suggest that if you are combining one or more of these types of colors with lighter colors that you pre-wash the linens seperately and once the item is completed do not launder again, but Dry Clean.
