Lightweight, plain weave, 100% cotton PERCALE. This 59 inch wide, 3.6 ounces per square yard fabric has a thread count that was specifically selected to create the ideal balance of durability, breathability, and price.
The cloth is tightly woven using a one over, one under weaving technique that gives you the perfect combination of a crisp hand and smooth surface.
PERCALE is light, crisp, and breathable, making it the perfect fabric for children's garments, apparel, home textiles and of course bedding for everyone including little ones and those of us who are hot sleepers.

The cloth is Softened so we have added a softener to give it a silkier hand. The fabric has not been laundered so shrinkage will still have to be taken into consideration (shrinkage depends on fabric weave and laundering method).

What color of blue linen would coordinate withe the sailor bear print?

We love the idea of combining this fabric with our linens! We would recommend Cobalt to complement the dark tones, and Light Blue or Provence for the lighter blues.

Gorgeous fabric
I haven't made this yet, but I purchased all 6 coordinating fabrics and will most likely make a quilt for our new grandbaby in Germany. The weather there isn't very conducive to warm weather clothes but about 2 months in summer and a quilt will be more useful. Once I finish the one I'm making I'll start on this one.

Love this fabric as it is so soft and light. The adorable sailor bear print really makes this a unique find!
I purchased 4 yards to make 2 crib sheets. The cut was true and straight. The fabric is so soft and the print is clear. I am sure my great nephew will have wonderful dreams on his new sheets.
Finished Projects
I picked up this adorable Sailors Teddy Bear print as a doggie bag along with a variety of others for my 83 year old mom to have fun with for my grand niece due in early May. The cotton washed beautifully and we happened to have the red gingham in her stash. I can't wait to see what she does with the others! The pattern is from Candy Castle Patterns.
