IL084 Narrow Width Remy Natural/autumn Gold Mlt-20 Softened - 100% Linen Fabric - Heavy (7.1 oz/yd2) - 20.00 Yards, Width 19"
This is a 19" wide twin to the 4C22 Rustic linen line.
Woven out of the same size thread and with the same thread density this IL084 is just woven to be narrow. That means less cutting time for you and you can get to the fun part of using your linen items sooner.
At a heavier weight of 7.1 ounces a square yard this 100% linen is referred to as Rustic due to its more textured look and feel. Durable and perfect for projects that require just a bit more substance.
Yarn Dyed fabrics are made using threads that are dyed separately before being woven. This allows for a larger variety of patterns and designs that stand out from the base fabric color. Design created exclusively for F|S.
Narrow width cloth is great for:
- Shopping bags
- Purses
- Placemats
- Runners
- Decorative pillows
- Kitchen towels
- Appliance covers
- Potholders
- Cushions
The cloth is Softened so we have added a softener to give it a silkier hand. The fabric has not been laundered so shrinkage will still have to be taken into consideration (shrinkage depends on fabric weave and laundering method).

Love the flax/yellow color combo. The fabric has a lot of knobby knots and imperfections. I am pulling out flax fibers everywhere. Made a few napkins. Don't want those to be possibly cutting the lips.
Just love this beautiful yellow color and those particular stripes for kitchen towels, just in the spirit of fall season or french provençal mood! Love the texture, love to wipe the dishes with this linen.
Just a dab of this but buying small amounts of linen here is one of my favorite ways to shop here. The Doggie Bag section carries lengths I regularly want, already precut, which makes it easy and usually a bit of a savings too. Under a yard, like this piece, gave me the option to play around with the pattern and see what I'd come up with! I love this Linen!
Beautiful Placemats, Napkins, Table Center Piece, Tea Towels, I also made an All Purpose Bag for my Sister. Built In Beauty! Quality is in the Linen Fabric itself. Makes a Stunning Presentation! Thank You FS.com!
This is the a great color and always you never disappoint, this is what I will use for my Thanksgiving table. I'm making a runner and placemats which will go with my dried weeds bouquets and wreath.
These are my no-sew rustic napkins. It is embroidered with the Medici Border, a machine embroidery design available on my website here: soniashowalterdesigns.com/Medici/Medici-Border/ The fabric is: IL084 Narrow Width Remy Natural/autumn Gold I cut 20" long for each napkin and frayed all four edges. On the selvages, I cut the narrow white edge so as to not loose the entire selved width. It will fray fine. Then washed and dried to just barely damp and snapped them into shape before prepping for embroidery. Starched and pressed the area to be embroidered. After embroidering, I misted the embroidered area and pressed the from the back, on a thick layer of flannel. Then simply pressed the rest of the napkin for a beautiful finish. The finished napkin is about 19x19. The fraying washes nicely. You might loose a strand or two, but it seems to lock itself in, nicely.
These are absolutely beautiful. :o)
