The sharp, minty tinge of MOSAIC Linen was a firm favourite with British artist Wilhelmina Barns-Graham, lending her artworks the biting transparency of freshly cut ice.

At a medium weight of 5.3 ounces this 58 inch wide 100% linen is versatile enough to be referred to as an All Purpose or Do it All linen. With its smooth look and tighter weave, this linen is neither sheer or heavy, but just the right in-between weight you will need for a variety of projects.

The cloth is Softened so we have added a softener to give it a silkier hand. The fabric has not been laundered so shrinkage will still have to be taken into consideration (shrinkage depends on fabric weave and laundering method).

I Love Linen!

Fabrics-Store is my go-to for linen! I purchased this Mosiac colorway a couple of years ago. I am a pdf pattern tester and I used this Mosiac linen to test the Reece pdf sewing pattern for Designer Stitch patterns. In my opinion, they are perfect for our southern heat here in Mississippi.

This linen is lovely and so easy to work with. The color is beautiful and did not fade when washed and dried on hot twice. It irons up beautifully and did not ravel. What more can I say? If you buy it, you'll love it — as I do.

Works particularly well with Ceramic!

I don't tan as well as our daughter, my basic skin tone is Fair with Freckles! But I learned a long time ago that shades of turquoise tend to make any tan look better! It is a great partner with tile blue, and of course, a great highlight with White. Doggie Bag bargains are often a great source for bias tape, made to match or accent other colors! Judith Love this Linen!

I used Designer Stitch Patterns Reece pants for the Mosaic colorway.

A very traditional summer bathrobe. The shoulders are drop sleeve with very large armholes which is why it looks large on top. I did add piping on the front and top of the pockets. And I shortened it to knee length instead of having it floor length. It's an old pattern I found on Etsy. McCall's 4211.

Sew Tina Givens Abacorn Tunic in Mosaic and Jaqueline Pants in Sphinx. Beautiful colors and a delightful fabric to sew.
