IC012 is 59" wide, tight Plain Weave Poplin in 100% Cotton.
It feels smooth and even to the touch, with a light and airy drape.
Poplin is the finest fabric we offer, and it is a great option for summer dresses, blouses, and loungewear.
It tends to be slightly transparent and may require a
lining.
This Poplin is 3.4 ounces a square yard but strong enough fabric to stand up to the washing machine.
FS exclusive hand-painted artworks are printed with the best available machinery, using reactive dye ink that gives long-lasting colors and is not harmful to the body, to transfer these paintings onto 100% Cotton fabric.
We also brought two solid colors: white and black.

The cloth is Softened so we have added a softener to give it a silkier hand. The fabric has not been laundered so shrinkage will still have to be taken into consideration (shrinkage depends on fabric weave and laundering method).

When you say it's softened so have added a softener, what does that mean? Kate

A softener has been applied to the fabric during manufacturing to give the fabric a softer hand than the natural linen feeling. The softener and fabric are Okeo-Tex certified to be free from over 100 harmful chemicals.
I just recieved my order of this fabric and all I can say is WOW! This fabric is vibrant and crisp and will be perfect for the project I have in mind. I'll post pics when finished. My only question is- Why did I wait so long to try this fabric?!!?

FABRIC CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Please note that some of our darker or more vibrant shades will have some residual dye run off or bleeding. It is important that you launder or treat like colors with like colors so that you do not compromise the integrity of any other colors, fabrics or garments during the launder process.
We also suggest that if you are combining one or more of these types of colors with lighter colors that you pre-wash the linens seperately and once the item is completed do not launder again, but Dry Clean.
