Can you give a product recommendation for which fabric from fabric-store.com would be best for this pattern?

Hello, I'm sorry we don't have a tutorial on our website for this type of neckline alteration. I'm sure there are many tutorials out there for adjusting the neckline on a wrap dress. Please email us if you are having trouble locating one.

Can you please make a pattern in size A0 to download. That saves a lot of work and paper.

I am having the same issue as Drury. I logged into my FS account, downloaded and opened the file, clicked on the "paperclip" icon but there is no pattern option (the "layers" option) shown. I've downloaded numerous patterns from The Thread and never had an issue. Not sure what is missing this time. Could you please advise what is happening? Thank you!

Hello, Sometimes if the download gets interrupted the attachments can go missing. Try downloading again and when you open the file in Adobe Acrobat Reader the attachment should be there. If not, please send customer service an email.

Any suggestions on how to make the neckline higher cut? I want to make this dress so bad but I don't want that much cleavage showing and wearing a cami under things is just no fun and ruins the "look." Thank you!

Wrap Noor dress

Fun pattern. I tweaked it to have tie go all the way around. Next time I'll do less gathers for the skirt., too much attention to the hips. I used cobalt blue linen.

Worth all the taping!

This is the first time I've taped together 50 pages to use a free pattern, but it is worth it. I'll definitely use the pattern again and might make it up a third time for a friend. I love how quickly this dress comes together with no facings, buttons or zipper to worry about. This will become a closet staple.

If you're having trouble finding your pattern pieces.

When I opened the overview of the pattern in Adobe, it appeared as if nothing was there. However, I finally noticed an arrow to the left of the screen and clicked on it. This opened up a side menu that did have the paper clip needed to open the pattern pieces. Thank you Fabric-Store. When I get mine made, I will be back to post a pic. I hope this might help someone having issues.

More yardage needed

This pattern says that it only needs 2 yards but it definitely requires more.. I would say get 3.

Thanks for your review. We recommend 2 yards up to a size 12/14 and 4.25 yards for the larger sizes. This is calculated based on our 54" linen.

No thanks

Apparently I can't get the pattern without using Adobe. The paperclip symbol for the attachment just doesn't show up. I don't want to sign away my soul, my first born child and send Adobe a blood sample just so I can see a pattern.

Hello, We recommend Adobe since they provide the industry standard in design software, worldwide. Adobe Reader is free and compatible with our design programs, and we are the most familiar with it. This said you are very welcome to use other .pdf readers to access our patterns.

In IL19 Evergreen, I took out some of the fullness and added a self tie belt instead of the ribbon trim. Went together easily. Love working with linen!

Janice • June 5, 2022

This is the added wraparound belt I added

As promised, I made this up from linen (Weeping Willow) after the cotton "muslin." I do love this pattern and get so many compliments on the dresses. My only caveat is to be aware of how modest you prefer your necklines to be before you cut out the bodice pieces. Next time I will alter this so that I don't need to put a cami under it. More details on sewingpattern.review dot com.

Kelly • November 11, 2021

I decided to make this up in cheap cotton before cutting into my linen, and I'm glad I did because I learned a few things to do differently the next time. I love this dress; it's SO flattering and comfortable on and will serve me well during the transitional months and into winter with tights and boots or clogs. For me the hard part was figuring out how to make the juncture of bodice and skirt look finished inside and out right where the tie joins there at the side waist. But I will study a lot and figure out something that satisfies my need for perfect seams before making this again. Would love to have this in two or three colors in my closet!
