Yarn Dyed 100% linens are made using linen threads that are dyed separately before being woven. This allows for a large variety of patterns and designs that stand out from the base fabric color.
The cloth is Softened so we have added a softener to give it a silkier hand. The fabric has not been laundered so shrinkage will still have to be taken into consideration (shrinkage depends on fabric weave and laundering method).

This might just be the most beautiful fabric I've ordered from FS - and that's saying something. I bought it to make a jacket for my mom and have enjoyed every second of sewing with it. The colour makes you happy the minute you see it and the hand is lovely and soft, without being flimsy. Now to order some for me!
I couldn't be more pleased with this fabric that I made into a summer shift. It is raspberry-orange sherbet in color, a bit nubbly in texture, and sews beautifully. Yes, it costs a bit more but if you are looking for a fabric that drapes beautifully, comes out of the dryer with minimal crumpling (no need for an iron, in my opinion), allows good air-flow but is dense enough to not require lining or a slip then this is the fabric for you. And, I made the length above the knee so that I can take it into the fall with a pair of leggings and a top with sleeves. Thanks again, Fabric Store.
I couldn't even wait until my project was finished to write a review on this color. Let me tell you, it is GORGEOUS. Every step of working with it, I'm gushing over how lovely it is. It's like flamingo pink woven with orange creamsicle. Which leaves you with this multi-dimensional mellowed out blush-y peachy pink. If you're on the fence, BUY IT. You won't regret it. Super soft, great drape. I'll post a photo when I'm done!
Such a pretty color. Like reviewer mentioned, this is a flamingo(ish) pink with orange and results in a beautiful shade of coral.

FABRIC CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Please note that some of our darker or more vibrant shades will have some residual dye run off or bleeding. It is important that you launder or treat like colors with like colors so that you do not compromise the integrity of any other colors, fabrics or garments during the launder process.
We also suggest that if you are combining one or more of these types of colors with lighter colors that you pre-wash the linens seperately and once the item is completed do not launder again, but Dry Clean.
