Glad I did a prototype before cutting into my linen

This pattern was a perfect fit in every way but the neckline. I found it too high on the throat and will cut the front of the neckline down by 2 inches. I will also lengthen the cuff by 1" as that was a bit tight on my arm. The body, and especially shoulders, fit beautifully. The instructions and tutorials were excellent - I learned some new things despite my 60 years experience sewing garments for myself.

Great pattern!

Great shirt pattern. Perfect size, perfect fit. Loved everything about the shirt other than the large pockets. . But that could be omitted, so no issues.

I think the sleeves are too short on this pattern, also the placement of the pockets doesn't allow for the overlap of the band. I wish that I had used another fabric to test the pattern before making it with the optic white linen. Carole

This is the free Arca Shirt pattern. This is a great first shirt pattern because there's no collar and fewer pattern pieces than most shirts. I put the pattern file through PDF Stitcher and created a projector file. I Highly recommend this pattern!

This is my all time favourite pattern. Here I've used it as a jacket in a heavy weight upholstery linen. Mixed pattern for interest. I wish I could post multiple pictures to show all the assorted details.

Isabel • March 2, 2023

Here I've used the pattern with no changes although I love the flexibility of this pattern and to make you own changes. This is now my go to pattern for a blouse and I've lost count of how many I've made.

Anca tunic. I lengthened front to match back hem edge.

I enjoyed making the Anca shirt in FS linen. The Thread tutorials were easy to follow and I completed the shirt fairly quickly. I made another Anca shirt in a cotton print posted here.
