What seam allowance is in this pattern ?
This pattern has a 3/8" (1 cm) seam allowance. It is in conjunction with a sewing tutorial that will walk you through step by step: https://blog.fabrics-store.com/2018/06/19/crossover-linen-dress-tutorial/ Hope this helps and email us if you have questions. Have a great day.
I downloaded this pattern a while ago having found it on a list of free dress patterns. I am new to sewing (less than a year) and due to some missteps, and a slight fear of bias tape, I was unsure if I could make a dress as lovely as this pattern. This week I decided to go for it, using some clearance cotton shirting from my local fabric store (due to my inexperience I don't yet splurge on fabrics like linen). The dress was a super easy, and quick, make. I had to make an adjustment at the shoulders, but otherwise the fit is perfect. I am so pleased with the sophisticated simplicity of the design, and the tutorial was excellent. I will definitely make another!
There is pattern attached, just 5 pages.
Good afternoon! The Pattern pieces are included as an attachment to the 5-page file you are opening. To view the attachment - open the file with Adobe Reader. In the Adobe reader menu select - View - Show/Hide - Navigation Panes - Attachments. Adobe Reader will open a panel that includes the attachment with the pattern pieces. And I'll send you an email with pictures of the steps as well. Hope this helps and have a great day!
The dress looks great, can't wait to sew it, but I can't find page 12 in the pattern. Is there something wrong I'm doing?
Good afternoon! Thank you so much for pointing that out. I have reached out to the pattern maker and will email you as soon as I hear from her.
Is the seam allowance in this pattern included?
Good afternoon - I have reached out to the tutorial writer and will post their response shortly. Thank you! Spoke with the tutorial writer - Yes, the pattern includes seam allowance.
I have Adobe Reader open, but your file is not there, and I don't know where to get it! Please help!
Hi! First download the pattern to your device - I usually save it to my desktop so it is easier to find. Then open the Adobe Reader Software. In the Adobe Reader menu click File - Open - and find the pattern you just saved. This will tell Adobe to open that particular file for you. I am emailing you right now with pictures of the steps. You can also call me 866-620-2008.
I cannot download this pattern because there isn't a pattern.....please help!

In Adobe menu click View-Show/Hide-Navigation Panes - Attachments. Adobe will pop open a side panel exposing the attached files. The pattern pieces are an attached file to the main PDF file. Let me know if you have questions.

Adobe will pop-open a panel with the attached file which is the pattern pieces. Email me firstname.lastname@example.org and I will be happy to help.
I love the partial wrap on the bodice! Less fabric than a full wrap dress but still makes for a stylish look and is breastfeeding friendly! I'll be making more!
Okay, for me I love this style. Will be making this for me to work in my studio in the hot days ahead. I was able to download easy, also found the pattern pieces in the attatchment. Thank you for a nice casual look.
Lovely, great to see so many items with more flattering fits lately. Cant wait to make this.
I love this pdf pattern-especially the ability to print off only the size I need. Ignore the one star review given by another member; all the pattern pieces download, they will open as attachments from within Adobe.
There is only 5 pages of pattern info, no actual pattern included.
Good afternoon - I just sent you an email as well with the screenshot of the steps. To get to the pattern pieces. Open the file in Adobe Reader. In the Adobe reader menu click View-Show/Hide -Navigation Panes- Attachments and Adobe will pop open the attached files. Double click on the file that shows up on the left-hand side of your screen and those are the pattern pieces themselves. Email me if you have any questions email@example.com. Have a great day.
